Every division under the Nashixwa name traces back to a single legal document — the CC1 Founding Statement lodged with Namibia's Business and Intellectual Property Authority.
Nashixwa Investment was founded by Napandulwe Gabriel Nashixwa and incorporated under the Close Corporations Act, 1988, with a founding statement that reads less like a startup pitch and more like an economic blueprint — twenty-seven distinct business lines, filed and certified, spanning everything from brickmaking to blockchain.
That breadth wasn't accidental. It was structured as a closed-loop ecosystem: divisions that trade with each other, share infrastructure, and reinvest inward before looking outward. A security division protects the sites a construction line builds. A trading arm imports what a manufacturing line can't yet produce. A media division tells the story of all of it.
What follows is the full registry — every sector this corporation is licensed to operate in, and the divisions already trading under it today.
Rather than operating as isolated ventures, each Nashixwa division sits inside an internal transfer economy — services, materials and capital move between sectors before they ever reach the open market.
